What We Know
Ali Hazelwood's debut novel — which famously started as Reylo fanfiction before becoming a New York Times bestseller — finally has a release date: September 23, 2026 on Prime Video. The first official photos dropped alongside the announcement, and the early signs are genuinely promising. Tom Bateman told Cosmopolitan that he and Reinhart "really cared about these brilliant and beloved characters" and that they worked to make the relationship feel "organic and authentic." Hazelwood herself praised both performances, saying they "made me fall for these characters all over again." Director Claire Scanlon, who directed the beloved Netflix rom-com Set It Up, brings exactly the right sensibility to the material. September 23rd cannot come soon enough.
