Adam Levine Left “The Voice” To Be A Stay-At-Home Dad
“I genuinely just adore them in a way that I never knew I could adore any little person.”
He’s been a judge on The Voice since the series premiered in 2011.
In a lengthy Instagram post, he thanked everyone who’s been a part of the show and shared that being a coach was a “life-shaping experience that will be close to my heart forever.”
And earlier this week, Nick Jonas announced that he will be replacing Adam as a coach for the upcoming season alongside Blake Shelton, Kelly Clarkson, and John Legend.
Adam revealed that he is choosing to now be a stay-at-home-dad, though he will miss the show.
“And, I do miss it, but I also don’t miss how much I had to work. I was just constantly working for so many years. Very lucky, very fortunate, very blessed and all that…but, just to be able to kind of stop in this moment and to spend time with my new young family and just have the greatest time ever.” he said.
